For me, cooking isn’t just a career—it’s an expression of my roots, creativity, and love for bringing people together. I was born in the Dominican Republic, surrounded by the rich aromas and bold flavors of my heritage. When I later moved to the United States, I embraced the opportunity to explore new cultures and cuisines, blending my Dominican background with a wide range of global culinary influences. This fusion of tradition and innovation has become the signature style that defines my work.

In 2017, I graduated from the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, an experience that allowed me to refine my techniques and strengthen my dedication to excellence. It was there that I learned the power of combining artistry with precision, creating dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.

My specialties include Latin Fusion, Caribbean cuisine, and international dishes—each crafted to highlight vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients. Whether I’m preparing an intimate dinner for a few close friends or catering a lively celebration for hundreds, my focus remains the same: to create a menu that perfectly reflects my clients’ tastes, preferences, and vision for their event.
