Chef Indy catered my birthday dinner for about 50 guests. Beforehand, she worked with me on creating the menu including appetizers, salad and entree. She was even accommodating to those with food allergies. She made sure I was satisfied with everything ahead of time which put my mind at ease.

Pre event Indy is extremely thorough, We had many chooses to build a menu. It was my Moms 90th birthday with 70 guest. The appetizers were delicious & the wait staff (Indy's) team service was 5 star.
