Born in the Dominican Republic and later embracing life in the United States, I carry with me the bold essence of my Dominican roots while weaving in global inspirations gathered along my journey.

I am a proud graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City (Class of 2017), where I honed not only my technical skills but also my commitment to excellence and innovation in the kitchen.
